Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G Review: Is It A Worthwhile Fan Phone? Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G review: Is it a decent fan phone? February 16, 2022by Martin 6 Samsung seems to have taken the FE - 'Fan Edition' as a good thing, using it as a way to market another device with more aggressive pricing once the flagship models are out of the way. So the Samsung Galaxy S20 , Galaxy S21 FE arrives as if it's out of the S21 mold, with a cheaper price, a few tweaks here and there, but a very similar experience. The fact is that the timing of the Fan Edition 2022's arrival raises a few questions: the S21 models aren't that much more expensive, while the Galaxy S22 is set to launch in February .
so is this delayed phone worth anything? Design C Level Executive List and construction Size: 155.7 x 74.5 x 7.9mm / Weight: 177g Finish: Olive, Graphite, Lavender, White Gorilla Glass Victus front, plastic back IP68 waterproof and water resistant The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE shares a common design with the Samsung Galaxy S21 models, especially the Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21 + . The size of this phone means it sits between the two devices and the design difference is minimal. However, there is a slight difference: the bezel of the Galaxy S21 FE runs around the edges of the phone, while on the S21 and S21+ it also extends around the edges of the corner camera bump.
In the FE, the camera bump is made from the same piece as the back of the plate, more similar to the Galaxy A 2021 models . Another minor difference is that the Galaxy S21 FE is very flat on the back, while the S21 models are slightly curved towards the bezel on the rear edge. Given the size of the S21 FE, this doesn't make much of a difference - in fact, we like the symmetry of its design. The S21 FE comes in four color options - Olive, Graphite, Lavender, White - so there isn't the same huge variety that was available for the S20 FE, but we suspect that Graphite (which is really just 'black') is here is shown. be the most common. It's a beautiful phone, despite having a plastic back, but it still feels solid and the matte finish is welcome.
